What does this error message mean

My pachislo machine works for about 1 minutes, then a chime comes on (sounds like a door bell) ding-dong. The red lights turn on, machine still works but without the sounds. This goes on for about 10 mins the chime becomes softer but still can be heard. Anyone know what this error message is? Or how I can fix this? Anyone experience this too? Any response is helpful. Thank you in advance for your suggestions.

Have you tried a full reset yet?? Is it showing any error codes??

Do you have a full overflow bin to the right of the hopper? The are 2-4 pins inside that may protrude from the back bottom of the machine and into another bin. these detect a full hopper for the attendant to tend to if they don't have a larger system to take away tokens. Or is anything crossing these posts to short them.

As its still playable, its not a sensor fault with the hopper or coin mech.
Does it do the same if you open the door before the fault begins?
