    Default Sankyo Pachinko Jackpot Actuator

    Hi All,
I have a Sankyo Pachinko that was working fine, But the Jackpot actuator has broken and the balls will no longer pay out.
Does anyone know if I can get a replacement part for this?
    Hoping someone can Help.

    Thanks Paul.

Cruise ebay for parts or parts machines, or get creative and repair the broken area.

There is a 2 part epoxy clay call Apoxie Sculpt--as well as several others--that can be easily formed and hardens without an oven into a solid which is very similar to styrene plastic, the stuff model kits are made of. Check online. It's a little pricey.

JB Weld--and several others--have 2 part epoxy clays that can be formed easily into any shape you want. Look in your hardware store, particularly in the plumbing department and where they sell adhesives. Fairly cheap.

gorilla 5 min epoxy will get ya fixed.. i have used on on Vintage pachinko plastics for years

squeeze a bit on a pc of cardboard mix it with a tooth pic or the likes. then use the tooth pic to apply a small dot and bond with a minimum of squeezy out

take your time glue the small bits back together. let it set up for 24 hrs, slowly drill the hole back out to the right size and reassemble.. its probably not going to be prefect so ya will have to tweek the metal bar a bit so it works right..

don't put allot of force on any Vintage parts.. if your forcing it your doing it wrong

Yes, I have seen this part shatter in the same way after becoming brittle with age.
I have been looking for a new 3D printing challenge. Let me see if I can produce something for you. Give me a couple days and I'll post an update here

So I generated a 1.0 model which looked great but didn't function quite right. Version 2.0 was oh so close but after trying it in 3 different machines it was obvious it was 1-2mm off in an important way. So version 3 is being printed now. I expect it to work properly on all 4 of my Sankyos, and then be ready for production.

    Pics are version 2.0

Here is one of my blue ones that I put metal pins in and then superglued together. I'll be printing one of these payoff rockers for my machine too.

This much interference caused it to not refill after a payoff. And alignment was a little worse on an older Sankyo. Version 3 should fix this.

Paul, I have your part for you. Would you like me to send one half way around the world to you so we can get your machine going again?
No cost other than shipping charges....

The patched up blue payout rocker I was using as a model fell on the floor and broke in a different place during this process. But I had "no worries", since I had one ready to go into the machine after Paul's request :-)

I also created a 3D copy of the newer style clear payout rocker that replaced the blue ones. There is a small difference between the two. I'll post both .stl files in the 3D parts thread shortly.
