Sanurai Showdown Pachislot no payout, Biohazard 6 powers on but won't play

Hi There
I have two machines. a Samurai showdown and a Biohazard 6

The SS was paying out for a bit then just stopped...even when you win...you get no tokens. I can't figure out why.

For Bio 6, it starts up and looks great but does nothing when I put tokens in.

How can i fix these? I can't find any information online.

any help would be great.

Have you tried a hard reset on both of them?? That should be the first thing to try..
