Under machine ball counter

I've seen that some of the parlors in Japan have ball counters under the machines that return balls to the back. How could I get one of these to connect to the ball lifter for a fill-free machine?

No idea. Its something you might have to create yourself. In the parlour. the balls get counted then go down under the machines to the central ball system. The counted balls, get added back onto your smart card/chip. located in the sandwich to the left of the machine.
