jurassic park question

I have Jurassic Park 2 max, and the sign that says Jurassic park won't move up and down, and gives me a error code on front screen about it, anyone have a idea how these move? Or a way to auto fix it, like reseting, its not a major problem, just a 1 minute voice telling me there a error, sign moves up and down about 2 inchs, when I move it, one side is mounted tight in place, other side moves freely, no broken parts that I can see, unsure how it moves, magnet, plastic clip, really no idea, I took cell out and tired to see how it works, and for a day or 2 it worked, but that didn't last long. I haven't tried taking anything apart, just used mirrors to try to see if I could see anything broken or unconnected

Nice , Clear Photos of the machine (Front ,Back open play field Door ) and close up photos of All the Switches in the back of the machine .on my D-Clock pachinko it has a Hard reset button on the back of the machine but you have to know where to look for it .
