heck of a deal. the payouts are pretty standard across arrange ball machines. typically it's 1 for a column, 2 for a row, and 3 for the center four. i have some that pay out on diagonals and the four corners so just put balls in those pockets and see what you get. there are no spare parts for these machines so getting the plate that's missing will require finding a proper parts machines which is unlikely. it's just how it is as very few of these made it to the U.S. with the machine off, check any fuses and carefully unplug and then plug any electrical connections if the machine acts up. if you fry a circuit board chip you'll end up with a paperweight.
