Door bulb that lights reels failing. Sinbad Adventure.

Hi,I am looking to replace a bulb as in the photos. They seem soldered to the 2 wires. It is the lower (looking pink/orange now) thin strip light that looks like it is in a plastic tube. It lights the bottom half of the reels.
It is for a Sindbad Adventure machine.
Please let me know if you have any info about where to replace these, or the voltages etc so I can maybe rig up an alternative. I have no idea what any of the Japanese writing says! Thanks

Ah, the Very thin CFL tubes . Have you given any thought of a led strip replacement ? You will do away with that very fragile tube (if you break it don't breathe any where near cause it is toxic to human's) and the solid state starter circuit .

Yes LED strips seem like a good idea. I keep replacing various bulbs and it costs a lot. Do you know what voltage these are?

And yes eBay has led bulbs to replace the old filament hot bulbs . I know alot of pinball machine owners that have upgraded their old pinball machines to leds .
