    Testing resistors is pretty easy. Unfortuatly the only way I know to test a capacitor is to remove it from the board.

    You should be able to test the resisotrs and diodes including the bridge rectifier in the bottom right with the psu on a bench out of the machine.

    It turns out that was only between the top half of those two. It was completely on the surface and peeled right off. I have no idea why it was there.
