Stop buttons not working

I got my first Pachislo machine and it is a Wai2 Pulsar.

The stop buttons don't work and on what I suspect is the stop board, the fuse is missing.

What is the rating/value of the fuse.
I don't want to jump it with a wire for fear of creating other issues.

Otherwise it works fine, although the belly lamp is out and a few of the bulbs at the top are out as well.

A couple of other questions:
1. There is a row of LEDs above the wheels 1-10, really 1-12 but 11 says +10 and 12 says +20, I haven't seen these light up, what are they for?
2. the red light in the center at the top, what is it for? The green ones I've figured out that they light up at free spin
3. upper right, Big Chance Game, 1,2,3 - Please explain

The machine was/is in "fair condition", cleaning has helped a bunch and it came with a bunch of tokens, and the lock had been removed/is missing.

The fellow also has a Dynamite Kids machine that I'll likely get as well.

Update, I found the blown fuse stuck to a piece of tape in the bottom of the machine
Ordered new fuses, and as soon as the power is applied, the fuse blows again.

This board is at the upper right side of the machine.

Blown fuses may indicate a fault with the stop board. A common fault with older boards as the capacitors break down. You might have to replace the caps too.

Since you mentioned the caps, I reinspected the board and it looks like the two tiny caps 10v47uf are blown.
Good call, I didn't notice them at first, and second inspection for that matter.
