2022 Winter Olympics Medal Count
Every (one or) two years I try to either post the medal counts or go to the Olympics..I guess this year I'll be posting medal counts..
I'll try to do it every day or so..And will try not to post anything spoilery because of all the time differences and tape delays!!
To start..Here are some of the all time top medal counts for the Winter Olympics!!

No medals yet, but don't worry..The first medals of the games are coming once this cross country race is over!!

Stuff started to get going today, Day 2 with 16 countries getting medals already!!
The US kicks things off with a silver in woman's snowboarding slopestyle!!

Day 3 had Exciting skating and scary skiing!!
19 countries with medals and Russia shoots into the lead with 6!!

Day 4 had Gu bringing excitement to big air and Chen brings it on the ice!!
20 countries now with medals with Russia still in the lead, but Austria and Canada are catching up!!

No Gold yet for the U.S.A. I been hearing how China is taking care of the Athletes. Truly amazing.

Day 5 brought more snowy excitement, especially on skis (let's not mention slalom
The US gets its first Women's Individual Cross Country medal ever!! 23 countries with medals now and Russia is still on top!!

Day 6 was all about US snowboard awesomeness with added skating gold!!
24 countries with medals now and Norway and Austria take over the top from Russia with 12 medals each!!

Day 7 was full of spooky slidey skeleton!!
We have 25 countries with medals now and Austria pulling away on top with 14!!

Day 8 was more boardercross awesomeness!!
26 countries with medals now and Norway catching up with Austria for first!!

Day 9 had ice dancing, monobob and ski delays due to snow!!
Still 26 countries with medals with Norway and their cross country peeps blasting them out front with 17!!

Day 10 had football for some reason!!
Still holding at 26 countries with medals and Norway upping their count to 21!!

Day 11 had Umm, snow and stuff!!
Estonia's Women's Freeski Slopestyle medal takes us to 27 countries with medals now but Norway stays at the top with 22!!

Day 12 got us back to ice skating and the final slope style event which gave the US two more medals!!
Still 27 countries with medals and Norway bumping their count (Nor)way up to 27!!

Norway is just doing it and getting the Gold !!
