Bally 5000 Plus power supply

I'm not able yet to clear the safe ram error (bought the clear chips) does not seam to want to clear. I went on to check the power supply and found this. I was reading my meter incorrectly, these should be correct, I'd say it's a bad power supply, anybody know where to get a replacement? voltage.jpg

I mapped it out, I'm going to call the PS good. I think it's a safe ram issue, solve first and go from there. Capture2.JPG
