Sanurai Showdown Pachislot audio issues

Hi there,
New member so please forgive me if this isn't in the right spot.

I have this Samurai Showdown Pachislot (video above) it plays great but...no audio. All the connections seem to be right, I checked the pot inside the machine and when I do I hear the girl tell me the door is open (see video) but nothing when the game is playing.

Can someone help me? or point me to a manual online?

Nice machine, Your audio is working as designed. Remember, this is a Japanese machine, it's not at all like the machines in the United States casinos.

BTW You are unlikely to find a manual or parts if it does break so take care of it ! The manufacturer is not interested in their own machines after 2 years and only deals with the parlors in Japan that purchased them. In fact they don't care at all about them after two years goes by because they are replaced by Japanese law, the manufacturers are primarily concentrating on their next models to be released. You and your machine are just the final resting place in an unofficial, unregulated, mostly unsupported (except by the wonderful members here) pachi afterlife!

Thanks Rockston for the information. Sound is working on bonus like you said but now I have a new issue. I locked the keys inside by mistake and can't get in. I've tried going in thru the bottom but there is no latch that I can feel for.
I'm sad now.

Got it working as expected, you were right. but new issue. I locked the keys in and going in thru the bottom...there is no "latch" so now I'm sad.
