I bought this machine a week or so ago. I've played it a couple hours or more. And not one time, not one single time have I hit the jackpot, matching all 3 tiles. Also, I never got the grandpa character to show up.

Is anyone familiar with this machine at all? I read somewhere that the jackpot is really rare but I thought that at least SOMETHING would happen by now. The smaller payout for just spinning the reels works just fine and all that. There is a reset button on the back but I don't even see any way to open it from the front like my much more new machine, like no key or anything. I am wondering if there are any settings I can change on this like I can on like a pachislo machine to adjust payout.

Anyway I can send more information but this seems like a fairly common machine, I am just trying to get more information on it. Thank you!

somewhere on front, there are odds, like 1/399, it will be around the outside of cell behind glass, the 1/399 means you win once in 399 spins, so keep playing, you will win sometime
