The top light on my Getter Mouse slot machine is not working. I bought a new bulb but still not working. I wonder if the ballast is bad. Is there a replacement ballast available? Is it maybe something else? Bottom light works fine.

No idea on Ballast in other countries. Have you thought about putting an LED strip in there instead.
