The Wheels will not spin on my GetterMouse Electrocoin machine

Every thing else works fine on my Gettermouse machine. Lights, sounds, tokens are accepted fine. Hopper will spit out bonus coins that I insert over 3 just fine. Wheels will not turn. When I push joystick down red light comes on on motherboard. When I hit stop buttons red light comes of for each of them too. Max bet red light will come on on motherboard. But no spin on wheels. Any help appreciated.

Any other unidentified lights on? 1,2 bet buttons, reset key, etc?

Check all the cables to the reel assembly and every single cable in it. Btw are there any lights on, on the reels? There is no chance all three motors are bad, its the control signal that's not getting to them

Hey there friend. When I read your response and saw the 1,2 you asked about I looked at the 2 red rectangular buttons of front of machine that have a 1 and 2 on them and they were both stuck in the pressed down position. I was able to free them to pop up and presto, all started working fine. By the way, what are those two buttons for? I did not press them back down for fear they would get stuck again. Thank you.

Some machines have an option for one or three line bet rather than 5 line at the expense of less tokens to play. As the cases are used in many models. Some come equipped with buttons. But don't actually do anything.
