I have no idea how to turn my machine on Evangelion 10 Speed Impact

I bought this from Clover Collectables, and it was tested before shipping so I'm sure it's fine. Machine hums slightly when I plug it in so I know it's getting power.... I just can't figure out how to turn it on. I feel like I've looked all over... someone please help!

There’s always a switch somewhere… if it’s like a Sankyo Fortune there’s a tiny little trap door to open first….
It’s a secret location!

Unfortunately they forgot to send the dongle for the card reader slot, so I can't play it yet. However they are going to remedy that soon. I bought it from Clover Collectables. They are really great.
