Thanks! I found one post from years ago with another one; looks slightly different than mine; better condition (but not 100% working) payout lights are up top instead of to the right on mine. Also no super cool #7 tulip that pays out a coin. Seems like an off-brand. I’m very happy with it though!

yeah the only other machine i've seen that kept track of payouts in the upper corner was a baseball themed arrangeball. the #7 pocket payout is a cool feature and i have that on at least one of my machines (satomi lion).

I have an arrangeball that takes the presidential dollars just fine. However, I have another that the presidential dollars get caught, but the Susan B Anthony’s are just a hair smaller and typically work just fine.
I'm not addicted to Pachinkos. I can quit at any time. Did I tell you about the three machines that I have on the way?

    Default Isuzu Diamondball restoration project

I finally got around to starting the tear down to begin the restoration process. Time to start pulling nails!

I’m waiting on a new playfield to finish up, so just cleaning up all parts in preparation for reassembly. There’s something satisfying about putting filthy old tarnished nails in the tumbler and have them come out shiny and new looking the next day!

    will be a fun project.
backing up a couple of posts, it looks like each upper right number is assigned to a particular row and column. in other words, getting the bottom four row of numbers will always light that same upper right number. in my post where i said i had only seen one other machine with that type of score keeping, i meant utilizing that style. i have at least one taiyo that keeps track of score in that same spot but it's a digital number.
i like how that machine has those old school LEDs.

    Default Isuzu Diamondball restoration project

It’s done! The bottom tray is not correct; but it does the job. It’s missing some trim piece around the ball scoring area I think but doesn’t affect gameplay. Big thanks to Bill Cardwell of pachinkorestorations.com for reproducing the factory playfield; I wanted to preserve this one to as close to the original appearance as possible. It plays great, and actually wasn’t any harder to restore than a regular pachinko. It’s definitely a keeper!
