Default Flourescent Bulb for Inazuma Rush Thunder VII

Hi. I'm brand new to this so not sure if I'm even asking in the right place. I need the 9" bulb that lights the "Inazuma Rush" panel at the top of the machine. It goes behind the circuit board (green box in photo) It appears to be the same as the bulb on the inside (circled in photo). Also, I'm not sure how to change these - I would think the connections on each end would just plug straight in but when I tried to remove them, it seemed like I was going break it. Do these just pull off?

Could you please show me the type of plug? I may be able to help. Here are two I have, I think both 9"? I'll check later today, currently almost 130AM where I am and I need to go to bed already.
First pic pieces DON'T fit together, I was just taking it to see difference. 2 bulbs, 2 different connections. I bought one thinking it would fit, didn't in mine and I ended up keeping it.

Update: It's not the bulb (remember, I'm new to this) because I swapped cables with the internal bulb and it lit. The internal one now does not. I swapped the cables to the right (see photo) and the top and bottom circuits will light either bulb. So, my novice troubleshooting tells me there's no power getting to this cable. Any guesses? I checked the fuses and they're all good. Could this be as simple as the "Inazuma Rush" sign being set to "off" somewhere? Is that configurable? Again, new to slot machines...

Hello menold and welcome to the group

Could be that your light ballest has gone bad, not sure how to test them. You can search for pachislo light ballests like this for your machine. Some fit more than one particular machine.

OK, those are the ballasts. So now I know the ballasts are good because the one pair of cables works on either one. Now it might get too tricky for my skill level. Perhaps I just choose to light just the sign or the reels and be happy with that. But first, I'm going to check those fuses again...

The actual name of the machine is "Thunder V 2" (“V” for victory and two because it was the second machine in the “Thunder V” series).

"Inazuma Rush" (lightning rush) is the name of the assist time.

If the machine is working as originally intended the top panel "Inazuma Rush" will light only during the assist time.

So the panel isn't lite very often.

In this video the rush starts at around 22:40:

So there's probably nothing wrong - I just haven't played this enough to light up the top panel. This is all very helpful information. Thanks!
