New user with questions

I recently acquired an Aruze corp slot machine. The first time i plugged it in it worked for about 10 minutes and then it qouldnt allow me to stop the reels anymore. They just keep spinning. Ive waited to see if they stop at all and never do on there own. Its wierd because the spin but about halfway around the try to stoo and then keep going and this happens on every spin around. I have tried replacing the reel stop board and that didn't work. I have cleaned all connection and reseated them multiple times with no luck. I think it may be the max bet button causing the issue as that the only button on the machine beside the directional pad that doesn't light up any led lights on the main board. Could that be the issue here? Also could someone tell me tbe name of the slot machine by chance. Thank you in advance for any help you could offer.

Can't help with the fault. but its a Universal Aruze made in 2004 called. 牛若と弁慶 (Ushiwaka and Benkei)

Fault finding, Would be. check that you don't have any stuck signals from any switch and the reel home postion sensor is working. Most machines have an indicator led for each switch.

Test, to confirm each switch/lever/button/reset key. is giving the correct signal. The buttons etc might be on photo inturpters rather than micro switches so can fail without warning. Any stuck signal, prevents any other button/lever etc from working.

Thank you for the info. There are only 2 ked on when i turn the machine on. They are Le14 External Stop and Le15 Game Medal Passing Switch. Are these supposed to be on? And what do theh mean? Also where could i fi d a manual for this machine. Thanks again for all the help.
