    Default Pachinko DEEP cleaning

Wasnt sure exactly where to post this but up next on my itinerary is s very thorough clean of my new frames. They really need it badly which is why I havent really played them yet more than 5 minutes to check that everything worked.

What cleaners should I use to help with this stuck on grime. I know I saw previously in a thread to avoid harsh chemicals but I cant seem to locate the thread atm.

Just use some all purpose cleaner, then wipe it up with a rag soaked in very hot water to remove most of the built up gunk.

Simple Green some people love it . Me Qtips and alcohol (71-91 %) . Some even use the dishwasher (top rack or turn off the dryer is heating element on the bottom of the washer) .
When things don't go right the 1st time , Step back ,Take a break and come back renewed. RGS

I like simple green and a toothbrush or q-tip. Make sure you rinse the parts thoroughly because it does leave a bit of a film if you don't rinse off the residual cleaner.

I might be taking things a bit far here, but I've done a full tear down of all the parts that a ball passes through and will be running them through an ultrasonic cleaner.
It started because the prior owner of my Gundam game decided to paint the white bits of the cabinet with a brush while the machine was fully assembled. This does affect the action on the knob so the whole thing is now fully dismantled.
Here's the before photos where I've literally just finished dismantling them. You can see where paint has gotten inside the housing and the plastic where the balls travel is filthy.
Will post after photos once they've cleaned.

I wasn't happy with the results I was getting with different cleansers so I dug out an old ultrasonic cleaner and put pieces in for a five minute bath in distilled water. Didn't do well with the paint but the results on the crud in the ball track speaks for itself.

I've used Windex, Simple Green and Totally Awesome. My experience has been Simple Green removes grease best, Totally Awesome has been good for mixing in a bucket or tub with water to soak the part, followed up with a toothbrush scrubbing.
