Question 1. How to identity type of machines.

Can someone please tell me how to id types and the years of machines? and What is the difference between Pachinko & Pachislo slots. I have a non-working three reel Welcome to Las Vegas Machine with no type of sticker.

A picture of your machine would help us ID it.

If it is a "Welcome to Las Vegas" machine, someone has rebranded it. Meaning the belly glass image has been replaced and some machines have had the LCD screen covered. There are no manufacturers that ever made a Welcome to Las Vegas machine.

Normally, the reels are not changed and a photo of the reels would help ID it, along with photos of the entire machine.

the cut wires are probably the leads for the screen that has been covered with a sticker.. im more of a Pachinko Kinda guy.. I have seen this conversion a few times.. once a member was able to get their machine working again by hooking things back up.. most of the time the machine had a bad screen and was modified like yours so it could be used..

If it were mine i would see of all the wires are there and start soldering them back together..

The 7 is pretty clear in that picture. So hopefully someone will recognize it. I'll have a hunt myself a bit later. But first.

Was just about to say Ore no Sora.

The number of machines of this type I see modified for Welcome to LV is ridiculous. I have found several different types under the fake vinyl with my last one being a spiderman.

I am upto 4 of these that I have returned to regular, ALL have had the wires cut, and ALL have had screens that worked. 2 of this type, 1 spiderman, and 1 popeye. Or at least I think it was a popeye that was years back.
