Need wire harness and lock for project Lupin

I picked up a Heiwa Lupin pachinko for next to nothing and this is my second pachinko and first pachinko project. This game has cut wires in it's harness and the wires are dry and brittle. Is there a place to buy a new wire harness or is the second-hand market my only option? Additionally, the whole lock mechanism is missing so advice on where to buy one would be appreciated. This is my first post here and my entry into pachinko. Please let me know if I misunderstood any etiquette.

The only thing is that there is a tab attached to the back that is machine specific like one of these or another.

Not knowing what one was used on your machine I am hoping another member who has the same machine can identify the tab needed and I may or may not have it.

As for your wiring the second hand market is about it if you can't patch it up. Someone might have something from a similar cell or frame depending what you need. Another option is the likes of eBay locally or Yahoo Auctions in Japan that has almost everything Pachi over the course of time. Post some pictures of the backside and your wires that are damaged for all to see and hopefully someone can help.

Looks like this was used for a parts machine. Not sure where to start other than waiting for someone with the same frame / game cell to offer up an opinion.

There are no parts missing except for the lock, so I didn't think it was parted out when I bought it

I could still sell you a lock and key for $18 shipped but you are missing the front and back plastics that the lock is attached to.

Are there replacements for those plastics available?

Replacement parts are going to be from folk with a machine to part out or if you can find another one to become a donor. It sucks but with patience and time parts can be found.

I think you have the Heiwa Kabuto Frame. Anyone else have one to compare?

Looks like that board with the wires someone butchered up like a madman might be attached to the frame itself? Maybe the cell is salvageable if you find another frame?

Might try removing the cell and see if they hacked up the wires to it too. As mentioned, there’s no replacement parts to speak of besides the unlikely scenario someone has a parts machine of your same frame.

That's a bummer. It looks like I will have to shelf this project or sell it for parts. I was spoiled getting into pinball and arcade projects with all of the parts available and thought I could do the same with my entry into pachinko
