    Default newbie question

    hi

I have bought 3 PachiSlo (I think one is in fact an Okislo the coins are 3cm diameter) in a flea market. none have the door key. 2 start with Error E1 and 1 wasn't starting at all.
i was able to open the non working one (unlocked by the hole below the machine), and put in place the fuse and it actually started and seems to work. All the tokens are in the Hopper, how can i empty it in order to test the machine before i can buy new tokens ? the two others i wasn't yet able to open.

the one i opened i can see: Pioneer . Okinawa island , Siolar and looks old
the 2 non opened are : bio hazard (don't find how to unlock) and dawn of dream (i think i found the latch but the door seems blocked)

thanks in advance for your help,

I just succeeded to open the bio hazard one. i see there is no key to reset the machine, maybe i can replace by a simple switch ? The hopper was disconnected probably not working anymore. brand is Asahi Seiko model PH-1800-ER1

Sure. Open up the supply (with the power disconnected) and replace the key switch with a toggle switch

unfortuatly no. But the switch is normally just a 2 wire job. either open or closed signal.

Well that's the problem when the machines leave the parlor . No manufacturers Support like wiring diagrams and such .

We do have some manuals in our Research section . We do have a whole bunch of Threads on this forum with people doing the same thing you are doing .

    Hi all

Other question , the hopper and token devices are disconnected and linked to dongles. Do you know what it means and how it works then for playing ? Can i revert back to the token mode and if i just need to reconnect them ? thanks

Hello gpao and welcome to the group

The dongles are what replaces the need for using tokens. The machine should credit up by pressing one of the buttons above the spin knob. As long as everything worked prior to being installed then you should be able to simply unplug the dongle wiring and reconnect the originals. This is how one of mine worked out.

    Hello

still trying to use my dawn of Dreams MAchine. I connected back the hopper and token controller. But seems i can't get out from the config mode. When i start it i can only get the configuration menu (See picture). If i click on back the menu is removed but nothing happens. if i click again on the push button i get the same menu again. I tried also to push on the buttons (power supply or inside the door the blue button on the picture) in reset or normal mode but nothing happens. does one of you as a guide or can share the functions ?
I'd just like to reactivate the token mode, since the previous one is asking a username password that i don't have or display a QRcode that redirect me to a web site ...Skype_Picture_2021_09_11T06_18_03_948Z.jpgSkype_Picture_2021_09_11T06_17_42_022Z.jpgSkype_Picture_2021_09_11T06_17_57_971Z.jpgSkype_Picture_2021_09_11T06_17_50_862Z.jpg
    thanks in advance

Google translate says for that screen.

    System menu →
    1. Volume adjustment mode
    2. Game standby lamp color selection mode
    3. Side lamp test mode
    4. Return

What happens when you select option 4

it goes to the screen as per picture 4. Nothing works but if i use the push button it displays again the menu. so i can only use this menu or leave it, but nothing else. Does it mean that i'm in setup mode ?
