Hi New Pachinko Player - Resident Evil - Can't Start Game, Balls Not Launching

Hi, hopefully someone can help me. Just set this up and seems to be an error, no balls are launching followed by a strange noise. Please see the videos!

...hmm... where to start... First off, your hand has to be resting on the shooting knob such that you make contact with the metal ring around the outside. When you hear that knocking later in the video, that's it shooting. It sounds like there might be jam in the front tray.

As chum said you need to hold onto the shooting knob while turning to operate the machine and it sounds as if the shooting mechanism is working, just no balls reaching it.

To trouble shoot;

Remove all but a few balls from your feeder tray at the front of the machine to make sure they're not blocking the intake, you often have to give the balls a nudge to get them to flow smoothly.

Open the front of the machine and ensure there are no balls jammed or piled up in the area located in the bottom right corner of the frame, this would stop the balls from launching. if there are you can press the small white lever below it to lower the white flap and release the balls. You may need to poke them with a finger to loosen them.

Then check the other clear acrylic area at the bottom middle of the machine for blockages and repeat the process.

There is also a red hinged piece of plastic between the two, ensure this is locked into the upward position.
