Ah, well darn. On the first picture with the power supply. Do you know what the red lights do? I know the first light is hopper (and some Kanji), not sure what the 2nd is, 3rd is reset, 4 and 5 are sensor 1 and 2.

It's actually in Japanese, but it did work, although the translation is a little wonky in some places.

Page 24 of this PDF has a picture of the power supply with a description of all the lights: https://prayerny.tripod.com/webonmed...20form1001.pdf

I have an Aristocrat machine with the same power supply as yours (seems that Aristocrat / Rodeo / Sammy share the same setup) so I did a few experiments to get the lights to light up.

    1. Start with 00 credits in the machine (full reset to get it to 00 if needed).
    2. In normal operating mode, open the machine, leave the door open all the way, and insert 1 token. It should fall through the coin mech and on the floor but it will register as an inserted token.
    3. Press the Credit button (the button to the left of the spin knob) and as you are doing so, watch the lights on the power supply. P.S. if the hopper is working it will shoot out 1 token at you.
    4. On my working machine, 3 of the Red lights lit up briefly as the token was ejected: 1st red light (Hopper token eject activated), 4th red light (Hopper Home position activated), 5th red light (Hopper Discharge position activated).

Maybe try this and see what lights do/don't light up to narrow the problem down further.
