Rockman Ability: stopped working, won't start up

I just imported a Rockman Ability machine, and it worked perfectly fine the first couple times, but now it is just flashing red and will not start up. I can't seem to find a hard reset button around or anything. If this means anything, it is showing this...

Hi welcome to pachitalk! I assume you have the top back tray filled or at least partially filled with balls. Look around carefully for the tiny reset button near the on off switch or that display in the back. If you cant find it, please post clear pics of the back. Good luck!

I'm guessing this is a pachislo. So no rear ball tray as to speak.

Have you tried a hard reset. The basics are
Turn machine off. Turn the reset key to the odds program position. Turn machine on. Hit the spin lever. Turn reset key back to play position.

Thank you so much. Apparently I've been missing a step or something because I kept messing it up, but it's working now. I was gonna upload these before I managed to get it through, but if you are all curious, here they are.
