I’m curious how it compares gameplay wise to the Arcade1Up pinballs; which are really good.

Not yet but this virtual pinball has my interest for all the modifications that you can do to it without a lot of head scratching .

On my ps3 and ps4 I have a ton of tables including the Zaccaria tables and the pinball FX3 and Bally and the Stern tables .

But having a physical table would be nice, in the future (3 or 4 months down the road).

I almost bought one of these... still in my want list. Of course you'd likely want the addon that lets you play the arcadegames too that sets into the machine. Not sure if you'd want the HDMI input switcher to do other things with the back panel too or not.

If I had stuff cleared out here, it would be in my collection. The 100lb weight is a bit daunting but it comes in multiple boxes.

My machine was delivered on Tuesday (ordered online from Sam's Club). So far I have very limited play with the tables that come stock on the machine. Because... the pinball supports OTG (on-the-go). I have a computer connected to the pinball and play Pinball FX3 via Steam. Super easy to set up controls in Steam especially if you use the community configuration. It's connected to a 12 year old Dell XPS pc, so I had to upgrade the video card. Super easy to set up. Just need an HDMI cable and a USB male to male data cable.

Also, I recommend contacting Zen to unlock cabinet mode (via email, then they will ask for a picture) which will let you show back glass images on the pinball (requires an add on video board from AtGames, or 3rd party). This isn't required, but makes the experience more realistic. Alternately, you can run video out to a separate monitor. Additionally, I took an old kindle fire 8 (what I have but anything else could work), and set it up wireless as a dedicated DMD using the Spacedesk app.

Overall very impressed. Absolutely no regrets on my purchase.

Do you recall what the weight was of the largest box?

Sam's Club version comes in one box. Probably around 100 lbs. A lot of that weight is packing. After the delivery guy brought it to the door on a hand truck, I laid it over into the living room and unpacked it there.

Ah, one of the unboxings I saw had the head unit in one box, and the main playfield in another. Since I would likely put it on the 3rd floor, multiple boxes makes it easier to get around things and up the stairs. I also tend to do things solo so smaller/lighter helps.

I got the SAMS Club version of the Arcade Legends Ultimate, before they added the pinball flippers to the sides. It came in one box, that anyone could see what was inside. I opened it on the porch and brought the pieces inside without bringing the box in at all.

The two box shipment was coming directly from ATGAMES originally. Not sure if all tables come in one box now or not.

Really, there is only 3 things you'll need to unbox. I would unbox and leave the cardboard outside again. Might have a bit of trouble with the table but not that bad without the legs attached.

I have the same ALU as you. That was also a drag it inside and unbox. Don't miss not having the pinball buttons at all now.

I would order one ASAP if your going to. I think as it gets closer to Christmas they are going to be impossible to find. My Sams is always sold out and ordering online, somebody else has to lug it to the house!

    Quick pictures

What everything looks like packed in the box.

Running Medieval Madness from Steam with the DMD on the tablet. I don't have the video board yet to display back glass images and I didn't feel like lugging my spare monitor out.
