UPDATE: I blew another fuse.

So, I unplugged everything from the STOP BOARD and put in a new fuse. I plugged in only the power cord going to the STOP BOARD and then turned on the machine. The fuse blew with only the power connected so I am going to guess a short in the STOP BOARD. Maybe a bad cap?

Any chance I can buy a CAP Kit for my STOP BOARD? If I can repair a ribbon cable, re capping this board should be eye candy!
If not a cap kit, where can I get the caps?

This is what I have now:

Here is the front and back of my STOP BOARD:

Any other suggestions?

Thanks
