I took a piece of scrap and filled it with pachinko balls. I was surprised to see how well they fit!
Then I simply shaved a square taper with a carpet knife. My last cut went too far.

in my mind i think over cutting all 4 sides a bit would allow the balls to smoothly enter the pex better.. my 2 centsOriginally Posted by pachiwall
try taking the least amount possible from the outside and then dremel the inside to allow a smooth funnel like entrance
