Default Power for this machine seems to be a little different research

Spent a few hours looking around and cant see to find my machine anywhere. It has 3 terminals and the kicker is it mentions 12v and 24v AC. Anyone have any suggestions on what terminals are which and some other people were saying DC is fine instead of AC is that true with this machine?

    Hello and welcome.

Parlour power was 10vac for the lights, some special electrics need the 24vac. Yours is only lights, 9 volt will work, 12 as well but harder on the bulbs. Ac or dc will both work. Connect to orange and white, yellow is parlour signal.

I don't see any solenoid anywhere...what is the "kicker"? I can't tell from the pic of the back, if it has an electric motor below the shooter or not. If so, the motor would be 24vac, and the lights would be "whatever last installed". In Japan the lights would have been 10vac...but can be run with a 9volt battery or a 12vdc wall wart. Because the bulbs are incandescent...they will work on ac or dc.
If it does have a shooter motor, then it should have a shooter knob on the front...but, it don't.
    Probably just 9vdc.

The "kicker" is a kick in the pants, meaning the surprising thing is it mentions 2 different required voltages.

All the suggestions about nine volt dc are accurate.

So I just gave that a try and nothing however when I connected yellow and orange a light came on ( I noticed orange and yellow were soldered to the left light so I figured I would try). However only the left light nothing from the right light. very odd going to see if I can figure out how to take out the left light and take a meter to the socket to see if its getting power.

1 light is prize flash, the other low ball indicator. The low ball switch is tied to the parlour line. This is all assuming the wiring has not been messed with.

9 volt battery will work perfictly fine in a machine like this, so long as the wires have not been modified after parlor use

What I meant was there is no solenoid, the "kicker" was a figure of speech, not some kicking, or powered, mechanism. All the other suggestions about using a 9 volt power source are good.
