No but I can tell you this much, among the least rare in the USA are probably Babel and Continental XXXX.

I would guess that the Queen pachislo could be one of the rarest since I don't think any were allowed to make it to the secondary market!!
But since there's been thousands of different models, I guess there's probably many models that only exist in landfills now..
