Default Trying to identify my machine

Hey everyone, new member! Just picked up this machine that my uncle got from auction many years ago. I am trying to figure out what the actual model/game is called and hopefully that might lead me to finding the default belly glass! Tiger looks pretty awful and doesn't match the rest of the game's theme.

Any help on game / being able to find the stock belly glass would be awesome!

Yes!!! Thank you!! This thing is fun and will be a great addition to the man cave. So next on my list is to find the stock belly glass, replace the lock (key broke off in it - wasn't me lol), and get some inline volume controls.

Just did some looking and I don't see any for sale anywhere. Is it possible to have them made? If so is it costly?

You could a full scale image of the belly glass art and have it printed either on vinyl with a adhesive backing or have it printed on a properly measured piece of plastic .
