Star Wars Battle of Vader Error Code 7

Hello, it's been a bazillion years since I've been on here!

Was hoping you guys would be able to help me out with this issue I'm having.
On my EVOL frame that I have my Star Wars in, it has an error code 7 no matter if I have the top hopper full of balls or not. I've run the balls through multiple times--filling the hopper and having them pour out at the bottom just to see if that helps--and it still says there's an error. Another issue is that the ball shooter doesn't shoot no matter what. I switched out the fuse and put in a different CR dongle, but it still won't shoot balls.
Another issue is that the frame lights/sounds work, but if I try to put the "How to Play" movie on, it won't play any audio--just the sounds of opening the menu and moving the cursor. I mean, I say the lights on the frame work, but I just mean that they all flash when I turn the machine on, and then it just blinks the red error lights in the top right corner.

Any help or suggestions are appreciated! I really don't know what the issue could be and I'm just not really sure where I should be looking.

Was the fuse blown? And I know you did, but I'll say it before someone else does. Did you hit the error clear switch under the error display.

error 7 is top hopper needs filling, so you need to start there, figure out why when full, its not clearing, something stuck under sensor, screws like to hide in ball trays, it proberly frozen due to owe you balls and not knowing they are in top hopper, good luck
