HELP My Heiwa won't shoot any balls

Well. If it works and you are able to swap the boards over. Maybe return the giddy one to Peteybob. Is it worth opening up the faulty one and comparing it to a working one. Although it may not be something you can see with the naked eye.

Are there any numbers in the window next to the reset button?

You could also unplug each wire set and re-seat them all around the box.
Sometimes a loose or oxidized connection can be found and corrected this way.

The third connection (yellow, green, yellow wire combo) from the bottom left seems to be the power source to the blue box.

Also check the ball shooter pause button. Yours is different looking from mine but it should have a button behind the knob. Does it pop out when you turn the knob or could it be stuck?

Yes there IS a pop out!! Also, after taken each wire out.. I get the double zero led all of a sudden..

Good news, bad news:

Good new is that I have a B-1f box available. The bad news is that my Heiwa machine uses a different version of the box with two additional wire sets. I am not able to test the B-1f box at this time but I am willing to send it to you to try in your machine if you'd like. Private message me (or I can contact you) and we can talk further as to how to do this.
