Just picked up this Heiwa CR date night and its not paying out balls
Hi everyone! I am new here and just picked up my first machine. Its a Heiwa CR Date Night. The machine had a ball jam that a fixed and no audio which I was also able to fix. Now its is running and I can hit the jackpot and the lights go crazy as well as the music, But I have yet to see it pay out any balls. I noticed that it may be missing some part. I do not have much experience with your early CR Heiwa machine but I think some of members here can help you .

I too don't have ant experience of this age Heiwa. So this is generic.
Fill up the rear tank on the back of the machine and follow the path of balls as far as you can. See if something is obstructing the path adn preventing the balls from reaching the pay out motor. Probably best to try this with about a hundred balls to start with. If something is missing. the balls will all fallout somewhere. If that doesn't reveal anything. remove the payout motor and check its not jammed or full of fluff.

Thanks for the reply, I took apart the payout motor nothing wrong with it. Form what I found I am missing two plastic gates that trigger the eye senors when a ball falls down. 20210507_224106adas.jpg

Yes I see. But these might be screwed in from the rear. I don't see holes. just the end of fixings.

Yes I have it all apart. Gone over pretty much every thing else. Looked for stuck balls everything is clear. So from what I can tell when I winning ball goes past the point in my picture its not triggering the ball hopper to pay out winnings since the machine is missing the plastic parts that trigger the eye sensors. Not sure where I could find them or even what they look like. Not sure if they are like a wheel or a toggle style. Okay so I took a stab at gathering some info and pics for you and any future member's needs. I have the 2 parts labeled as 1 and 2 in this first pic. The following posts will have file names such as "part1a - part2a, etc..." and "sizepart1a and sizepart2a, etc...".
