ball not exiting tulip issue

i have two tulips where the ball enters and rolls to the back, but doesn't exit (it doesn't roll off onto the inside ramp.)
the machine is leaning slightly back as it should.

any ideas how to troubleshoot?

Front forks of the ramp may need slight adjustment.

solved: took the tulips off and the little cup at the bottom was pushed in just enough to trap a ball underneath, which didn't allow the brass see-saw to depress enough for the incoming ball to fall out.
