Ball return not working Ghost in the Shell SAC OK/Kyoraku

I finally got my Ghost in the Shell machine back up on the wall, and I noticed that the ball return at the bottom of the cell (I assume it's modded, because it has a white pvc track which leads back to the top ball feed tray where you put the balls you want to play) is catching balls and they aren't rolling down the track. It used to work and I don't know if this had anything to do with having re-mounted it, or having previously removed the cell and put it back in place. But I can't angle the track or otherwise move it, so I don't know how I can repair it? Any thoughts?

Sounds like a cyclic mod. Are you saying you want to keep it that way so all the balls return to the front tray. But are getting stuck instead. Or you want to convert it back to original.

The conversions to cyclic I've seen are a little rough using thin plastic and a hot glue gun. The plastic is so thin and the gradient so slight any distortion or change in angle. Stops the balls from rolling.

I don't mind it being cyclic, but it defeats the purpose if the balls jam in the cell and then you have to clear it out every 20-30 balls played.

You might have to pop open the door and front tray and drop balls in by hand to see what is causing the obstruction. With a little bending or filing. You might solve the issue.

For some reason, the cell does not come out easily. And the cyclic mod came unglued, so now it's just sitting on top of the machine. I don't know if I can put it back since the cell is really not fitting well in the cabinet and I'm not sure what the issue is. Does anyone have instructions on exactly how to catch the clips on the left side properly? Because the bottom left side of the cell doesn't seem to want to go in as far as the top left side, and so it won't push into the frame properly unless you give it some force.
