It says "Local pickup or buyer has to arrange shipping.", so just have him take it to a Fedex depot and pay for them to wrap+ship it?

Lol I did that once,,,,,never again,,,,I had to find where the seller took the allwin to,then contacted the u.p.s.store in his area,,, and they were going to charge me a crazie amount to wrap it up and ship it out...remember I owned the allwin at this point so no backing out of the deal.after dealing with the UPS store I did get the price down..(they were going over board on the packaging)..lots emailing back and forth and phone calls ,,,,,one week later it was shipped out....some of the eBay seller's are used to selling small stuff so a allwin looks really big and heavy and they just don't want to deal with it..and they wonder why it takes so long to sell they sure don't make it easy for the buyer,,,,,,,,
