Takasago Silent Hill machine: New owner w/ error I'm not sure how to fix
Hi there!
I hope you guys can help me. I just received a Takasago Silent Hill Pachislot machine I won off YJA today and I think something may have been shaken loose during shipment. When I turn the machine on I get an error code #17 and what I was able to translate with Google translate app there's a Main control board and 1 sub control board communication error. Any ideas on where I should look inside the machine? Mine didn't come with any instructions just the machine itself.

Check all the connectors in the machine. Unplug and reseat them, this has worked in the past to correct this situation.

When things don't go right the 1st time , Step back ,Take a break and come back renewed. RGS

Thank you! I found someone else who owned the same machine and he walked me through it. Turns out it was a common error! I just had to turn the small key in the motherboard and turn the machine off an on
