Question Token acceptor error code C.J

    Hi all,

First I would like to introduce myself, since I am new on the Forum. My name is Frank, living in the Netherlands and since 2 days the proud owner of a Doggy Jump Pachislo. I was also happy to find the Pachitalk site and would like to thank you all for running this great site.

I would like to ask a question regarding error code C.J. My machine gets this error code quite regularly. I have discovered the following:

    - If the token acceptor is in its original position it is hard to reset, meaning when I press the reset button, I don't hear the click and the error remains.
    - However when I take the token acceptor out, hit the reset button and it will click immediately and the error code is gone. I can close the door again and play.
    - Note that I did clean the token acceptor as much as I could, and I also cleaned the magnets.

Any idea's why this happen and how I could fix this?

Thanks in advance for your tips and hints.

Could be a dirty or faulty sensor on the token acceptor, which its working, test each sesnor by seeing if a light comes on/off on the mother board whist the sensor is blocked. (of course this will probably trigger an alarm, but your only testing.

Then when the fault occurs. check the mother board to see if any of those leds is stuck on/off.
