I may have one in my boxes of parts. Will take a look tomorrow. I am surprised isbjorn35 doesn't have one listed on eBay. He usually has enough parts listed to build a couple of machines.

No joy, Mopar. I found a stash of model A parts, Sanyo, and New Gin, but no model B. I don't think I have anything that is so far gone that I would start stripping for parts. I will keep an eye out for a reasonably priced model B in my area for you.
