    Default Identify machine

Hi, I bought my 1st pachinko machines and have been trying to search the Internet for info on it and had found nothing with the same play area. Any info would be appreciated, I don't even know what it's worth.

Welcome to the addiction! Your machine is a 1976-77 Nishijin Model B. Lots and lots and lots of those around, and they are all awesome

Someone correct me if this one is "special", but in the condition shown, $50-100 is a fair price, and less is a good deal.

    Enjoy!
    /Kris

Hello Glitchh and welcome to the group

So many of these from the 1970's have various parts and backgrounds but the gardener center feature looks cool. There are a few stamps in the lower right of the playfield with a date on one. A close up of this would help others to date the machine for you.

I'm more into the modern machines but others will be along soon. Just wanted to say hi!!

Hi and thanks for welcoming me . I can get more pictures when I get home. I know that it is a Nishijin B and i got stuff to clean it from jackse4 cleaning sticky. It came with about 100 stamped balls and was labeled not working because the ball dump lever was pulled.

Thanks for all the info and welcoming me! I only bought it for $20 usd. I just cleaned the background of the board last night and you can see a decent amount of water damage to it. If it's not that valuable I might add some electronics to it(sounds and better lights). I am decent at circuitry and I am also a locksmith and want to try making a key!

Thanks for the pics of the keys! I actually have a bunch of those ilco brand. At least it's a cheap key($0.37 usd) and not anything crazy.

Cleaned up nicely! The old water damage is considered characteristic to some. Take a look at this around time 3:30 to see where those stains may have come from.

The only ilco key I have is a 4k audit key. No good on vintage pachis.
Probably not much use on a modern one either.

The keys in the pics did not work, turns out it's just the magnetic lock.

Quick question, I see the magnetic lock has #2 on it, so if I get another machine with #2 will the key work that as well? Or is the #2 the model number?

Yup the magnetic key will work or just take out the magnets and then you can use any key that fits the slot.
