    Default Sophia plate help

Anyone here have experience on removing these kinds of pins from the plastic plate (after remove the e-clamp)? I'd prefer a clean removal if possible. I'm worried if I do trial-and-error I'll do some damage.

    Thank you!

They are pressed and glued in. You can try twisting, but it's unlikely you'd get them out of the 45 year old plastic without damaging the plate.
Sometimes you'll find a loose one, and they pull out the "long way". Just use a toothbrush and your favourite (Canadian spelling ) polish and you'll get the desired results.

    Cheers,
    /K

If I'm not mistaken...the end embedded into the plastic is "knurled" for grip. They are not meant to come out.
