Super Stadium Lumina frame help

I could totally be thinking about a different pachi, but I swear when these were common here, there was a problem with the reels getting knocked out of place during shipping!!

I have tried to do some searching for how to get the whole drum off to try to work on it but have not found a good description or photos. I didn’t have luck fixing the reels by cutting the hole in the plastic so I have taken a couple days off work and really want to get this fixed (Mon/Tue). Drives me nuts that everything works and I can hear the sound where the reels are supposed to stop but they just won’t spin for me. Seems like just some type of simple alignment issues with the reels.

I have the drum pulled out. Never disassembled a pachinko so it was more push here try this there. Got it all apart without breaking anything so far in about an hour. Lunch break and then I’ll start cleaning it since it is open. Any recommendation on cleaner or just water on a soft towel?

One of the middle reels was jammed really good by the plastic gold piece so I’m hoping that is all fixed. I’d like to test before I put back together so I’ll see if that is possible.

Work in progress but at least it feels like progress finally.

It will be much easier to just remove the cell from the frame first before taking it apart; my 2 cents. It takes about 2 minutes and will make things much easier to work on.
