All throughout the Crooked Castle and all over Crabmas Island everyone was trying to find things to do while they were stuck at home, even the Christmas Crab!!

Well it's too late..even if it was safe to start up the factories right now, there is no way we could make enough salamis in time for Crabmas!!

Oh no, what about the salamis we made before March??

There's barely enough for everyone on Crabmas Island, let alone the world.. In other words, we're a few billion short!!

Oh my.. What about snot boots??

Well, the boot warehouse is full since we've had to give out so many more snot boots these last few years!! We made sure to have lots of extras, but while we could probably get snot production up and running
fast, I don't think it would be safe to distribute snot and used band-aids this year....for obvious reasons!!

Yeah..I guess that makes sense!! So..can you deliver anything??

I'm not sure..It doesn't seem safe for me to be going into everyone's homes around the world and spreading things!!

Ok, we had to cancel Arbor Day and Halloween was a bust..There is No Way we are going to let Crabmas pass us by without a fight!!

And a safe way to deliver them!!

I've been thinking..and I think I know what gifts we can give out..We have the boots and we have an unbelievable amount of hand (claw) sanitizer..So, what if we gave out hand sanitizer boots this year??

That's a great idea!! But how can you deliver it while staying away from peoples homes??

Could you just throw the boots out of the sleigh?? Could Gordon just hover and you throw??

Well, I know for a fact that Gordon and friends can hover and fly all night, it would actually use less platypus energy than having to land and take off millions of times..so that part is not a problem..

But, it just wouldn't be safe to throw the boots from that high..Plus they would spill!!

Well, I was over behind the salami factory earlier and there is a Huge pile of defective masks that couldn't be used..and I was wondering, could they maybe be attached to the boots to act like parachutes so the sanitizer boots could be gently dropped out of the sleigh??

That's a great idea Steve!! Let's do it!!

So after a Very hectic month of assembling the parachuted boots and filling them with hand sanitizer, they were finally ready!!

It was now Crabmas Eve and everyone was ready..They all put on their masks (they are magic masks, you can't see them!! ) and loaded up the Spam Sleigh with the hand sanitizer boots and the Christmas Crab headed off to hopefully make people happy on this strange 2020 Crabmas!!

Christmas Crab and the Platypuses started out dropping the few mask-parachute clad salamis they did have to the homes of all the workers on Crabmas Island, then they set off on their long night of getting boots on the ground all around the world!!
