Newbie in need of assistance. Reel malfunction
Bought a Macy machine and was working great but now one of the reels is malfunctioning. It will spin but it acts like it is getting stuck and then keeps spinning. Also, I can not stop it with the stop button. Not sure where to begin. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

more of a pachinko kinda guy but have you tried unpluging and repluging in the connecters around the stop buttons.. simple things like that can help get contact points touching again
it looks like the wheel may be bent a bit as it looks to be geting stuck once every revolution.. inspect it and see if there is something causing it to get hung up..

Checked connectors and everything seems to have good connection. I will try looking at the reel to see if it is bent. It was working perfectly and started doing this randomly.
I also tried to reset it with the reset key but that didn't help. Not sure to think it's a reel issue, electrical issue, or something else.

The first area I'd check is to see if a sensor for the reel is dirty. This thread has a bit about that and then some.
