Default the misfortune of a waterlogged cabinet

when i picked it up the owner told me it had been in a flooded basement for a little while - so this was not completely unexpected. still, that sandwich ply unraveled quickly once i applied a little pressure to pry off the game board. thankfull i have another nshijin cabinet door and case from a separate project. lots of dust and wafers on my floor now, though....

Give it a good coat of wood glue and clamp it down with several clamps for a day; then trim any excess. I fixed a delaminated plywood playfield of a flood damaged Star Wars pachinko from the great pachinko flood of 08’ with great success using this method!

What is the theme of the water-logged machine? Turns out I have a machine with the same playfield. Oddly enough, it is an American Football themed machine, about which there is another open thread...

You could always replace that entire frame assembly with new lumber. Plywood, pine, or hardwood if you really wanted to spiff it up.
