    Default Pachislo 7787 conversion

What is involved in converting my coinless pachislo 7787 to coined version other than adding coin counter and hopper?

Will the electronic boards still be the same?

Mine is a pulsar king version of the 7787

    Tx

I think i have it sorted out.

Will need the 5 pin coin mech

    Also the RH2 coin hopper

I currently have 3 cables going from power supply (coin hopper 6 pin connection), bet button, and also the coin mech connection.

These all go to a white box that i assume emulates the coin hopper and coin mech.

If anyone has a yamasa version #3 game i would like.to see you coin hopper is connected, also the bet button (is a small 3 wire connector), would need to know where these wires go.

    Thx!

I successfully converted my yamasa king pulsar to accept tokens and payout tokens.

New coin hopper (6 pin style) , 5 pin / 2 pin coin mech.

Still need to figure out the single bet button (one that's near the play handle)

I have attached pictures of parts. Also the coinless wiring harness that was removed.

I will take it apart and make a wiring diagram eventually to see what it was doing, but basically made the bet button add coins and tricked the game to think it had a hopper and would payout simulating the microswitches when tokens payout.

https://www.pachitalk.com/forums/att...0&d=1605392205 I did not even know that they made coinless models! I knew that hoppers could be removed and converted to coinless. Makes sense, American slots are now "card in card out". So, I guess pachislo is next.
Plus...mave you ever called the 1 800 number? not for actual help...just for giggles!

I emailed TDC games inquiring about parts and they were taken over several years ago by another company who did not continue the pachislo sales/service.

Hi Aaronr33, I'm curious if you've had time to make the schematic diagram for the coinless converter for your #7787? I just found one of these and have cleaned it enough to get it going. At first I was getting E2 errors indicating problem with hopper. When I opened machine there was no hopper. So, a quick check of the connectors plugged into the bottom of the power supply was all it took to get it going again. My other pachislo machine is a token operated "Corona Beer" machine. It works great and I think is more fun than the coinless models. Apparently, you do too since you've posted about converting back to token. I plan to follow your postings as you work through your project. My 7787 is a Kung Fu Lady machine. Likely a similar machine to yours, except with different graphics. Open to any and all suggestions regarding improving the Kung Fu Lady.

For the Kung Fu Lady you will need the coin mech, hopper.

Optional is the single bet button wiring harness.

Need to determine what type of hopper you need, mine needed a 6 pin connector.

Need to look at your power supply where the emulator plug connects and that will tell you how many pins. The hopper i bought works but i am unsure if it would work with coin chute, but it shoots coins towards the right spot so minor mod would be needed.

Coin mech will be either a 3 wire or 5 wire, again need to determine which one is needed.

Single bet button is not necessary, it is used for adding credits on the coinless models. I think single bet only applies in the special rounds, not during normal play where max bet is used.

As for coin chute, i yet to have found one for my game , type 3 yamasa. So i have bought 1/8" abs plastic sheet and i will make my own.

I have not dissected the emulator yet but I have a good idea of what it does. Basically takes input of coin payout and feeds signal back as coins paid out.

I also installed a auto stop board, nice feature makes game act like a conventional slot machine.
