Default Lost key hole in back too small how do I open

I have a machine and the key was a barrel one that looked like it was custom added, the back of my machine has only a 3x3 hole too small to reach in and open the door. Any thoughts on how to get in to reset it?

    There's a 2mb per picture size limit..

If your picture is an ok size, there are other errors happening due to a software problem we are working on, if that is what is happening then just try again and it should wok eventually!!
