Howdy Folks


I have been enjoying my Flsun Q5 Delta 3d printer and learning all that can and will go wrong and right with the printers.

I have had the Hot end bury the nozzle into the build plate . Go totally wacky until I remember what we have to do when our machines don't behave Cold or Hard Reset is the answer.

I use pla filament just cause no off gassing the other filaments do and you need to have really good ventilation in your work area .

I finally got my Flsun Q5 dialed in and working well .

In the near future I will post photo's of my success and a big pile of failures here.

I have three 3D printers and a filabot extruder for converting old castings and plastic bottles into filament. I have a Prusa i3 mk2 with the multi color feeder (which I've been working to build for 3 years or so, because I'm horrible at finishing projects) and a couple of the Monprice MP Mini Delta 3D printers.

I've participated in several 3D kickstarters, some were from printablescenery.com : Rampage Dungeons/castle, The Lost Islands, DEAD-Demons/Elves/Dwarves, Clorehaven, Brave New Worlds; plus a couple that were just props to use for tabletop gaming.

Bumpity Bump Bump it's been over Three years since I posted on this Thread

I kind of burned myself out of printing but I am slowly edging back into the hobby thanks to the interest in making replacement Pachi parts .

Everyone is welcome to use this Thread to bounce idea's and such
